Why it exists
Van conversions should not begin with guesswork.
Roam Wired began with a simple frustration: planning a campervan electrical system meant piecing together spreadsheets, product manuals and conflicting forum advice. Even when the maths was correct, it rarely became a clear plan somebody could confidently build from.
We started by building the electrical design tool we wanted—one that connects real appliance use to batteries, solar, charging, cables, fuses, a wiring diagram and a parts list.
That electrical foundation is now growing into a broader platform: structured learning for the complete conversion and a marketplace for finding the right van, rental or conversion specialist.
