How the estimate is calculated

The converter creates the questions and prices every available choice. The customer's selected allowances are added together, then the configured minimum project value, tax treatment and low–high planning range are applied openly.

The server validates every selection and repeats the calculation from the saved configuration before generating the PDF. A visitor cannot change the amount by altering browser code.

Is the estimate a binding quotation?

No. It is deliberately described as a planning estimate. Your disclaimer appears in the calculator, customer email and PDF, and your final quotation always takes precedence.

Where do customer enquiries go?

The converter receives the customer details, selected specification, calculated range and attached PDF at the verified private inbox configured during setup.

Does Roam Wired expose our email in the embed?

No. The website embeds only a public calculator ID. The recipient address and management token remain server-side.

Can we change prices later?

Yes. Open the private management link from the activation email. Existing embeds update automatically because their public ID stays the same.

Does it work in the US and UK?

Yes. UK configurations use pounds and VAT controls; US configurations use dollars and configurable sales-tax wording and rates.

Do we have to include the Roam Wired credit?

Yes. The free embed includes one visible, branded contextual link beneath the calculator. It is not placed in a sitewide footer and there are no additional attribution links inside the iframe.
